Would a basketball scout consider someone who has had two knee surgeries?

My daughter, a basketball player, thinks she may be offered a basketball scholarship. Would she even be considered since she has had two knee surgeries, ACL, and meniscus? Or would the knee injuries prevent her from even being considered?|||I believe that the scout would keep the injuries/surgeries in mind, but if they watch her and are blown away, I'm sure they'd consider her. He was still heavily recruited and went to Pittsburgh.
