Through observation, I have noticed that many basketball players are quite tall. A more specific question, how many times do I have to jump to grow an inch?|||For every 10 hours you hang upside down, you will grow approximitly an eighth of an inch. So if you want to grow an inch then yo'll need to hang upside down for atleast 80 hours. To make the time pass quicker, I would turn a TV upside down. This technique isn't proven to work, and you'll probably die of a brain hemorrhagic before your get through the 80 hours, however I think it will work just as good as jumping for height.|||Your quite observant there sherlock...practically all basketball players are genetically born to be tall. There are a rare number of short college and NBA players, but what they lacked in height, they more than made up with skill and talent.
Jumping does help you reach you max height potential, but overall, doing a million jumps isn't going to guarentee that you grow an inch.|||I myself am a 6' 8'' basketball player. I had to jump at least 70964 times in the air to become as tall as I am now.|||Milk. Drink lots of milk. results 6'2" at age 14.
