Basketball?

I am 15 and and 215 Lbs. I play SG/SF and was in the rep squad for my local area. Then after a few trials was dropped from the squad because i was not good enough. I want to know some drills which i can do to make me a better player.also maybe some help with a gym routine.


Also i am currently seeking a high school basketball scholarship in America. I am from Australia.|||you want to drop some weight but you should buy sparqs traing for basketball great workouts|||you probably want to drop some weight at your age. Do any drills that will increase your speed and agility. And of course...practice shooting a lot.|||for your age at 15, you are way to overweight.





Get to eat less of the fats and too much carbo and calories.





Discipline is the right word. Sleep early, don't drink and smoke if you really want to be the player you want to be. More days ahead of you.
