What foods to eat before basketball open gym?

I'm a junior in high school and I've been training to play basketball for 5 months now(weight lifting, jogging, running, etc), and open gym is tomorrow. I know to drink alot of water, but can someone tell me what type of foods I should eat? Should I eat anything? |||45 minutes before every game I eat:

2 Bananas, yogurt, 2 slices of white bread, and stump of grapes.

Keeps your energy up, and doesn't bog you down to much.

You need to figure out what's best for you though. I tried numerous amounts of combinations until I found the best match for me.|||There are a couple of answers to this depending on how long before you are talking about:

3-4 hours before the game you should take in quite a few carbs through things like pasta, bread, fruits, cereal, etc. And, as you said, water.

30-60 minutes before, though, you should take in anywhere from 25-100 carbs in the form of a snack. Carbohydrates will be your main source of energy. Bagels, Granola Bars, Sports Drinks, and Instant Breakfast may be beneficial.

I like thinks like yogurt, bananas, and oranges as well. They give you consistent energy. Be careful with raw fruits shortly before exercise, though, as they may make you gaseous. Everyone's body is different, so you'll have to experiment. But definitely get some carbs before and keep drinking that water!
