Basketball?

I need help with shooting a basketball. What tips do you have on form and follow through when shooting. Sources appreciated.|||I like to go by something called BEEF Basket Eyes Elbow Feet Always concentrate on the basket, keep your eyes on the prize, keep your elbows in, and put your feet about shoulder width apart|||Put index finger in the middle of the ball with your left and hand on the side. Make a 90 degree "window" with your left arm and shoot.|||i usually drive it in but for shooting, try to bank it in if possible..its easier|||hey, keep your arm at roughly 90 as stated before and take as many shots with one hand during practice, this lets u concentrate solely on your folow thru n form also chek that your arm is straight, practice makes perfect good luck!|||Use a shotgun with bird shot from about 50 feet away. The pellets will spray, making it very simple to shoot the basketball.|||While shooting have your knee aligned with your elbow. This will make your shot more accurate and strong. Don't forget to snap your wrist and feel the ball spin up to the tip of your fingers.|||Well this woks for me i do not kno about yopu but here it goes well i suggest tucking your elbow in when shooting!|||I was taught something like this:

Balance the Pizza-balance the ball so it isnt touching your palm

look through the window-your dominant hand is balancing, your other hand is guidingthe ball but nothing else...it forms a window when you bring the ball up to shoot

Now shoot for the stars- keep your elbow in and make your arm go straight forward(not acrossed your body) but in an arcing motion its almost like your making a half a rainbow as you shoot

now wave good-bye-your wrist should flick and follow through to the basket.

Hope this helps!|||Keep your elbow in, bend your knees, and just find a shot that's comfortable for you.
