Im only a 13 year old girl. I made the girls basketball team about a week ago, so now i need to train more over winter break so i can be better when i go back to school.|||Many things, i'll probably say the most important is your stamina. Try to run a lot if you can, or since it's cold outside, get a jumprope. You can go to an indoor gym, and practice layups, and take short shots, and gradually work your way back further as you get better.
