What are good excersices to improve in basketball?
Like for example is running a lot good to improve me in basketball. What are other excersices or drills to improve me in basketball?|||Anything to do with footworkand jumping ability. Dot drills, cone drills, wall jumps, and jump roping. Jump roping is probably the most effective because it increases quickness and jumping ability.|||the first guy is gay, so i would say run a lot, and just work on your forearm muscles. those are the ones that give you throwing and shooting strength for all sports.|||Jerk off with your hands, feet and try giving yourself head for a FULL body workout.
