Who came up with the idea of intramural basketball?|||just taking a guess here...intramural basketball came about because students like competitive sports but weren't quite good enough or just didn't want the commitment that came along with playing college ball, sooo they made a league where they can actually compete with out the rigid commitment.
i think you can start one by just getting a team together and signing them up wherever your school intramural sports are usually held.
